Overview
The City of Paola does have leash laws for both dogs and cats. The City no longer requires city licenses for dogs and cats but the owner must have current proof of rabies vaccination available.
Restrictions
There are restrictions regarding dogs and cats in the City of Paola. Each premise is limited to two dogs and/or two cats. Dogs or cats running at large within the city are subject to impoundment and the owner may be subject to a fine.
